Мой комментарий: Делать было нечего, дело было вечером...
Вообщем сделал пак героев Гарри Поттера, рисовал не я конечно. Мое дело было импортнуть и конвертнуть. В архиве лежат картинки иконок в формате jpg, и сами иконки в формате blp. Импортировать в карту так: ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\название иконки
